If there was a trophy for dumpest trader of the day, I would be one of the nominees. I was up with €70 after two hours and confident to reach the €100 mark when the maiden race (what else?) kicked me in the ass and I faced a loss of -€15. It took a few races to cool me down again and get back to the winning zone.
It is easier said than done, but after a bad race you should keep calm and not try to force anything. It makes it even worser.
