Don’t trade against rumours. The rumour was that Ajax first goalkeeper Cilessen won’t play. Okay, this could lead to a drop of the odds from Rapid of a few ticks, I thougth. But how could they back them from around 2,60 where I first placed my lay bet all down to 2,10 short before kickoff? I faced a loss of around 90€ at this time, which was very strange. If I had more faith in my favourite team Ajax I could have made a big win. But I cannot risk 500€ inplay. Happy enough they scored first and were leading even 0:2. The final result was 2:2, so I was able to limit the loss quite good.
Horse Racing could have been even better, but I lost a lot of my profits in some races in the last 4 minutes.
